Return Conditions

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank's policies.
